PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Examine restrooms, fountains, and kitchens on a daily basis for needed repairs and maintenance.
  1. Performs needed repairs of domestic water systems, drain systems, and plumbing fixtures and equipment.

     3. Performs new construction or remodeling of plumbing systems when assigned.

  1. Maintains inventory of parts and materials most frequently used.
  1. Maintains records of inspections of plumbing systems on a weekly basis.

     6. Perform other unrelated tasks pertaining to general building maintenance when assigned.

  1. Provide estimates of remodeling or expansion of plumbing systems when requested.
  1. Performs other related duties as required by supervisor.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  1. High school diploma or GED required. Please upload with application.
  1. Three years’ previous experience as a journeyman plumber.
  1. Demonstrated knowledge of applicable plumbing codes.
