SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Director of Technology & Information Security, the employee will ensure Crane Schools information technology end user devices meet Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability requirements necessary to allow uninterrupted district education and operation services.  The job goal will be accomplished by meeting the following expectations: adhering to technical and administrative policies and procedures, adhering to performance metrics and service level agreement expectations, adhering to customer satisfaction level of expectations, and following Crane Schools Leadership Mission.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed throughout the district and in a standard office environment.

Positions in this class typically require the use of hands, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.  The position requires the individual to meet multiple demands from several people and interact with public and staff.
